Payout Overview
Consignors receive 40% of the sale price
of furniture, accessories, jewelry, and household items.
Consignors will receive 40% of clothing items.
Furniture delivery arrangements may affect the payout structure.
Furniture Approval
Photos are required before furniture can be approved.

Furniture drop-off is by appointment only.
Furniture Loading & Safety Policy
Please bring extra help to unload furniture and other heavy items from your vehicle. Our staff are unable to assist with loading or unloading.
This policy also applies to furniture and heavy items purchased from the store.
Management reserves the right to refuse the removal of any heavy furniture item if it is determined to present a safety hazard.
