Amazon clothing without a manufacturer label will not be accepted. Every item must have a legitimate manufacturer or brand label.

Unsold Item Policy

We do not automatically return unsold items at the end of the 60-day consignment period.

To have items returned, the consignor must contact the store at approximately the 50-day mark.

We will remove the requested items from the sales floor and hold them for 10 days. Items not picked up within that period will be donated.

Important Policies

  • Items are left at Where'd You Get That? at the consignor's own risk.
  • Per the consignment contract, we are not responsible for stolen, damaged, or misplaced items.
  • Items later found to have stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, pilling, dated styling, or unacceptable brands will be donated without consignor contact.
