Apparel and Accessories Consignment Guidelines
At Where'd You Get That?, we are dedicated to providing our community with high-quality, gently used clothing and fashion accessories. To maintain our standards, we have specific guidelines for consigning clothing items. Please read the following carefully before bringing your clothing items to the store.
We accept clothing items on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm.
Each consignor may bring up to five clothing items per visit, with a maximum of two visits per month.
Clothing and accessories accepted for consignment must be current in style and in "like new" or "gently used" condition.
All clothing must be clean, pressed, free of wear and tear.
Items must be from a smoke-free home and vehicle.
Items must be current in style (2 years or newer. Exceptions are made for high-end designer clothing. We will determine this at check-in to determine salability.)
Any items found to have stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, pilling, or brands we do not accept, dated style, etc. will be donated.
We encourage you to choose your clothing consignment items thoughtfully. If you have any sentimental attachment to an item, we kindly ask that you refrain from consigning it with us. Our goal is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Consigning your clothing is an opportunity to declutter your closet while earning some extra cash.
WE DO NOT RETURN UNSOLD ITEMS. Any clothing items that remain unsold after 60 days will be donated. If you wish to retrieve your unsold items, please contact the store before the end of the 60-day period.
Consignors receive 40% of the sale price for clothing.
Consignors receive 50% of the sale price for accessories and jewelry.
Clothing items are merchandised for 60 days, with 30 days at full price and 30 days at 50% off.
We will not accept clothing consignments brought to the store by a third party on behalf of multiple consignors. Please place your items on hangers. We will not accept items placed in bags. We will do everything in our power to protect your items. Per our contract, consignors leave their clothing items at Where'd You Get That? at their own risk. We are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or misplaced items.

At Where’d You Get That?, we take great pride in offering a curated selection of high-end items, including purses and luxury accessories. Our commitment to providing our customers with genuine, authenticated products is of utmost importance to us.
However, in cases where we are unable to conclusively authenticate a purse or high-end item, we believe it is crucial to maintain transparency and honesty with our valued customers. Therefore, if an item's authenticity cannot be verified through our rigorous authentication process, it will be priced and labeled as if it were not real.
We understand that our customers expect the best, and we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality and authenticity in our inventory. Our team diligently works to ensure every item that reaches our shelves meets the highest standards of authentication.
We want to assure our customers that while we strive to authenticate all high-end items, our pricing approach is designed to reflect the uncertainty surrounding the authenticity of certain products. It is essential to us that our customers have complete trust and confidence in their purchases from our store.
We appreciate your continued support and look forward to providing you with a unique and exceptional shopping experience.
