Consignor Agreement
- General consignments are accepted on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays during business hours. Clothing is accepted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please limit the clothing consignments to no more than five items per visit, with a maximum of two visits per month.
- Consignors receive 40% of the sale price on clothing, accessories, and costume jewelry.
- All sales are final. No refunds are issued after purchase. Items may be re-consigned.
- Consignors receive 50% of the sale price on furniture and home accessories.
- Consigned furniture and accessories will be placed on the sales floor for 90 days. Clothing will be placed in our inventory for 60 days, with 30 days at full price and 30 days at half price.
- The consignor is responsible for retrieving unsold items before the 60-day consignment period ends. Items not picked up will be donated to charity.
- Consignors agree to leave items at Where'd You Get That? at their own risk. We are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or misplaced items.
- It is the discretion of our management to determine what items will be considered for consignment.
- Final approval of any items considered for pickup from your residence will be determined by our team based on visual inspection, as photos sent via email may not portray the items' actual condition. Please note: Area rugs must be laid out for evaluation, and our team can accept or deny pickup based on the items' condition. However, area rugs from pet-loving households will not be consigned.
- Consignor payments are to be collected at the store. If this is not possible, a stamped addressed envelope may be provided for mailing. You will not be contacted regarding the routine activity. Consignors may call, drop by our store, or visit our website to monitor the payment status.
- Payment is made on demand for the full balance through the payout date.
- Consignors with balances due above $10 will be listed in the consignor payout section of this website, which shall be updated on the first of each month.
- Balances are maintained for one year. Any money due to a consignor over that time shall be forfeited.
